Fexofenadine
Fexofenadine is a non-sedating antihistamine that selectively blocks peripheral H1 receptors, reducing allergic symptoms.
Used to temporarily relieve symptoms of hay fever and other upper respiratory allergies, including runny nose, sneezing, itchy/watery eyes, and itchy nose or throat.
Adults and children 12 years and older should take one 180 mg tablet once daily with water; do not exceed 1 tablet in 24 hours.
Possible allergic reactions; drowsiness is generally minimal due to non-sedating properties, but sensitivity may vary.
Known hypersensitivity to fexofenadine or any components of the formulation
Do not take with aluminum or magnesium antacids or fruit juices. Consult a doctor if you have kidney disease or are over 65. Avoid if previously allergic to this drug or ingredients.
Allegra Allergy is an over-the-counter antihistamine tablet containing 180 mg of fexofenadine HCl, designed to provide 24-hour relief from common seasonal allergy symptoms.
